"I have worked in the public school system for 2 years and the district demands on teachers were unbearable. There were very many responsibilities and expectations for teachers, and not enough time and/or energy in the day. In hopes of reducing my stress and having more time to plan for my teaching students, I moved to a small private school. I found that it is surprisingly not very different and I received a 5,000 pay cut by making my move to private school."
