"I like it when Ipsco onwed the company. Things were more geared toward the family."

"Now that SSAB owns them things benefits etc. have changed to meet the new companies requirements."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Just try to listen to the employees and listen to what really the needs are for the workers"
