"Make sure everyone was held accoutable equally and may be more structure"
"It's a good place to work. The only problem that I have with the company is the tuition is too low compared to other companies. They only offer $1,500 for tuition. But for the rest is a great place to work and the co-workers are excellent. The overall compensation is good. The ability to improve and move up is excellent. The quality and appeal of your workplace settings is good."
