"This was a great entry level opportunity for me but I need to be able to get out of my current job and grow into a mid-level developer."
What don't you like about working at SRA International?
"Since it was a government contractor it was hard to get funding for certain things we wanted to enhance which just lead to a lot of sitting around. This neither helped me or the company grow. It also is hard to move up in the ranks here."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Process improvement would be a big help because the way that the software improvement process now does not work because it leaves developers sitting around doing nothing."

"Be honest and open. SRA not only talks about integrity, but they believe in it. If it is a good fit, they'll hire you."
What don't you like about working at SRA International?
"My position is a little isolated from the rest of SRA because I am on-site with the client."
