"Little business development in the Colorado area over the past six years. Little mobility within the company unless willing to relocate."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Policy and CEO direction have been to improve upon telecommuting/telework, yet in our remote location, the offering is non-existent. More focus/emphasis on employees in remote locations outside of the Virginia/DC areas."
