What do you like about working at United States Army?

"I loved the diversity in production requirements. I enjoyed challenging and different customer requests because it allowed me to think critically. I enjoy a fast paced environment. I also love the loyalty amongst co-workers here. As Soldiers we have a family like relationship and I appreciate a team based environment."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Understand fully that you will be deployed to a dangerous area and ensure you will be able to adjust."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"I don't like the politics involved in the rank structure of the Army because promotions and the recognition isn't always based on merit or skills. I don't like not having a choice in assignments and work locations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"One way to create a more seamless work environment is to ensure information is available to even the most junior employee. Knowledge is power!"
