"It's a very friendly environment around the entire company. Unfortunately, the position I am currently in I don't feel like I have the power to actually fix things and learn new things as I should. The Director of IT uses unsecured methods and bad practices that I believe holds the company back so much. Aside from that; the Owner is an extremely great guy and one of the kindest people. I felt very fortunate to have the opportunity they gave to me."
