"Don't believe half of what you are told. It is a good old boys club, and if you are an outsider, you don't stand a chance!"

What don't you like about working at SPX Precision Components?

"I didn't like the incompetent supervision and the lack of understanding from fellow workers about you not being as fast to learn things, and also not being a part of the team concept when it came to learning new software. Some management did not like being told the truth about production delays, and problems encountered from vendors. If a solution did not come from engineering, it wasn't considered.Also too much lying about production problems by supervision. Always trying to hide the truth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"You should have given me more of a chance, gotten rid of the supervisor problems, and things would have sorted themselves out faster."

"Excellent atmosphere and room to work and grow. Fast paced environment and results oriented. Excellent managers and management as well."

"Be yourself. be prepared to work, have a leadership and stand alone mentality in order to succeed."

"Sales decrease forced them to lay me off in June."
