What do you like about working at Spur Cos.?
"I loved waking up at 4:30am everyday and working until sundown. There is no better way to have a the reward of reflection at the end of a hard days work. Not only this, but the job kept me in great shape."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared for hard work, zero excuses, and more hard work all day every day."
What don't you like about working at Spur Cos.?
"I believe that the company itself is poorly run. I do not believe their management is in the position to ensure profits or actualize growth. This has nothing to do with my personal experience, for if there was work I was happy, and while I was there work was never in shortage."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would recommend going back to the core of the business, providing excellent ranch work for owners. Due to recent complaints, I believe their business is going to decline. The best way to remedy this is to get back to providing the good work that provided the clients originally."
