"I would focus less on marketing and more on manufacturing and innovation. How can we make our product higher quality, less expensive and faster to manufacture, and expand quickly into new product lines"

"As with any job be prepared with questions about the job, short term and long term goals that apply to you and to the leadership of the organization. They also need to undestand the domestic future of the organization as 90% of manufacuring custom window treatments has been transferred to Mexico."

"After a great CEO retired, other key officers left as well. The new players are struggling to find the vision for long term growth and success."

"You can have the brightest most qualified people but success comes down to the 'How'."
