"I worked at Springer Nature for two years. Certainly the largest company I have worked at with 10,000 staff worldwide. I thrived on the collaborative nature of this company and how seamlessly teams merged and shared ideas and processes. It makes the company stronger. At first I felt intimidated by the size of the office in downtown Manhattan, so I decided to put my best foot forward and involve myself as much as I could in teamwork, which made doing my job much better. I also had a great supervisor and always felt supported."
