"Spreetail has excellent professionals and great technology, but upper management isn't fully prepared to deal with the size the company has grown into. Lack of transparency, constantly changing or cancelling of company benefits, and lack of trust has made the environment hard for several employees, which created a toxic high-turnover culture."
