"I worked for Sprad's RV for nearly 4 years. It was a great place to work at first, but then the owners moved across the country and have been managing the place remotely ever since. They do visit, but are unreasonable when it comes to time management deadlines, can often be disrespectful to their employees, by calling them names, etc. and make you feel like you're the dirt beneath their shoe. I really enjoyed my job and co-workers, but found that the tension with the owners grew heavier each day as time went on. I can't believe I stayed as long as I did. When I left the company, I did not even get so much as a response to my resignation. I helped run all the departments in this dealership and since I have left, so many others have followed. Long hours, loyalty, hard work and dedication often went unnoticed. This was the type of company that often felt negative reinforcement was the best way to solve a problem. I did learn a lot working at this dealership and have since been able to keep a 10 year career path in the same industry going, but would not recommend working at this dealership to anyone. It has been quite a while since I've left and I still have a bad taste in my mouth."
