"Very hectic, stressful and fast paced environment. Work-life balance is non-existent due to being on call 24/7 365 days out of the year. Also, we run 2 man branches which makes it extremely difficult to get any work done in under 12 hours. Most days we work 12 hour shifts and show up the next morning to do the next job. Time management is key to doing this role along with extremely great planning."
