What don't you like about working at The Sports Authority?

"This is a very high pressure sales job with very low pay. The corporate sector is so consumed with micromanaging every little detail that they miss the big picture- the customer, the sales, and always neglect the employee. Listen to your employees, it will make the company better! No matter how hard you work they will always find something to blame you for. There is no incentive to do more than the minimum that they analyze so heavily."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop threatening people with their job as a solution to everything. Work on team building and communication. Develop good employees and work toward getting return customers (aka customer service! what an idea)."
