"Worked for SA for a long time. Not a great place to work or company to work for. Technology is at least 15 years behind the times. Store managers will work long hours. Other managers work about 1/2 that. They'll tell you you'll make $xx per year, but not tell you it's hourly and that your hours may be cut. Poor upper management. Same people in charge of the company for years and they've got it almost $1 billion in debt with loans currently defaulting. Products are old and sit around for a long time. Tons of clearance that doesn't sell. Just not a good, strong company to work for. Closing stores all over the country. Is being compared to Circuit City in a lot of aspects. Don't know what happened to them? Read up on CC and compare it to TSA."
