"Flexible schedule, but using vacation days is a BIG deal. Do not work there if you plan on using maternity leave!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Just don't work there. I wouldn't even bother shopping there either. Managers at the stores don't know what they are doing. It is like no one knows what they are doing at the stores."

What don't you like about working at The Sports Authority?

"I knew I should have not taken the job within the first few days. 5 to 6 months later I was pregnant."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I don't even know where to began to fix TSA. I have worked places where there is positive energy which is the opposite at TSA."
