"As a member of management, we are required to be a little too flexible. To the degree of having our schedule changed quite frequently with little or no notice. I really am looking to get back to what I do best, outside sales. This doesn't offer me to the opportunity to do this. The compensation needs help. We do a great deal for the amount we are paid compared to other similar positions."
