"A good place to start but you'll soon hit the glass ceiling and you'll no longer be compensated appropriately for working multiple departments. Some employees leave five years later with the same pay they started with despite taking over multiple departments and running many different things. Organization and communication are extremely poor. Even management will often only do their job half way and yell at others for not picking up their slack. There are problems on a weekly, sometimes daily basis, that have been problems there for nearly twenty years despite the fact that many employees have found solutions for these problems, nobody follows the procedures"
