"Poor management, they have no idea what they're doing or how to manage people. Employees are expected to work 10-12 hours a day (and no, you do not get paid overtime -- you get time off in lieu, but you're never supposed to take it). I have watched them chase away talented developers and continue to not listen to their production team. General lack of organization. Technology is way behind (no proper version control), and there is no room to move up."
