What don't you like about working at SpinningSilk Multimedia?
"It was not very steady work--it was just myself and my now ex-husband most of the time. I am good at multi-tasking but this situation required me to wear too many hats--salesperson, project manager, website developer, accounts receivable, etc. Plus, there was very little support from the primary owner."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not expect one person to be able to do everything needed to run the business without you helping out regularly on client projects. Or find funding to hire the people you need for the work required."
