"I started working in Spincore in 2018 while studying at the University of Florida. At the time the company was mostly dedicated to quality control testing and customer support since it lacked a dedicated team for hardware or software development. As time went on many of the employees left Spincore seeking higher compensation placing me in a leadership position. I attempted to startup product development again with a small team but this was very difficult to achieve due to the lack of a dedicated team with experience. Overall Spincore is a good place to gain experience in the engineering field as well as RF testing but lacks the characteristics needed to jump start a career."
