"Profitable company before GP took over. Georgia Pacific is an odd duck. They destroy an existing culture to install there own weird business philosophies. In many places that is the kiss of death. They never cared about the current employees that came along with the company and quickly replace with Koch people. Even though, SPG was also just a castoff of misfits and malcontents from GBC even before GP came along and made it worse. Hattiesburg facility is no better but add the race card as well. It's so bad a temp agency is on site permanently. People leave the first day."
