"After 8 years I am out on my ear, I always felt this company was extremely loyal. There are some politics at play and many of us that came in together are now out."

"During an acquisition try and understand the role of the people in the company and what they do before making rash decisions and what will likely amount to a large problem for those left to handle IT."
