"My advice for anyone applyiong at any job would be to just be honest about your skills and personal iopinions to make sure that you are a good fit for the position in which you are applying for."

What don't you like about working at Spencer Gifts?

"If I had to pick something that I did not like about woking for Spencer's it would have to be the fact that it was in the Victorvalley mall. The reason I did not like working in the mall is because we were hassled a lot about the merchandise that we carried in our store."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I understand that it is a contract posistion, but if I excel at the position would I be able to apply for another job within the company, with a better chance at getting another job"
