"Just that you know the jobs don't go anywhere. The supervision is marginal at best and you must be self motivated and get your own work done."

"It was Canadian owned and the only America jobs turned out to be mostly seasonal, with no promotion options to speak of."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They need a solid respectable manager in the American office to keep everyone working smoothly together. They might also wish to explain to employees that the jobs have no promotion options to American potential hires."
