"Documentation is king. Get all offers in writing, and keep a good log of all discussions with the upper-level managers."

What don't you like about working at Speedco?

"The major down-fall of Speedco is in its mom and pop nature. The company Promotes good workers up the chain regardless of qualifications. This resluts in poor top down support."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire trained and qualified people for all senior level positions, or have a formal training program to help these individuals perform in a more professional manner."
