"I've been working for Spectrum for over 3 years now. The children are great and I love helping my families, which is why I've stayed. The turnover rates are very high and the salaries are very low. Management is not afraid to call you out of your name or do what they have to do, no matter how sneaky and deceitful to keep themselves safe and throw staff under the bus. There are obvious favorites and depending on the mood of the director, you may have a decent day or you may spend the day being yelled at, called out of your name, and bad mouthed behind your back. It's an unprofessional work environment and if it weren't for the clients, I would have left years ago."
