"I am here as part of an acquisition. Charter is not like the old company but it does have some advantages. This is a large company, very large, so there is the resources that are available because of that. But because it is a large company, everything moves slooooww. There is training available here but you have to seek it out, and many times in order to move up you have to change departments and most times moving locations (states) Overall the pay is good, and benefits are great, they just don't embrace any sort of remote work, or work at home. They are archaic in the fact that everyone must come to the office to work. Even Sales."
