"Spectrum community Services is a great no profit organization, that helps the low income families in Alameda County, live a healthier happier life. Spectrum has three programs: The Fall Prevention Program for Seniors, The Meals Program for Seniors and the Energy Program for all low income families. All three programs benefit the low low income residents in Alameda County as it is a free program for those who qualify. However, The current Executive Director is not qualified to run this agency. There is continual turnover as employees are not treated with respect, and underpaid, while the Executive Director continues to install new Management positions"
