"Zero communication between teams, tons of restructuring constantly and refreshes of the entire product development team (mostly due to people leaving because they hate their jobs). No regard for the work the product development team does either, which makes any role on that team incredibly disheartening. In addition, compensation is completely lowballed and negotiating is incredibly difficult."

It's come a long way and had its challenges. As part of Samsonite, it's going to have a difficult time continuing to grow while outpacing the competition."
