"I like the opportunity for growth within the company and the fact that management takes the time to listen to your concerns, goals and suggestions for improvement. The owner is very giving and happy-go-lucky. The health benefits are amazing and they order lunch periodically as well as throw an awesome holiday party. Most employees are friendly and they strive for positivity in the workplace."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be positive and honest. The most successful people here are the ones who aren't afraid to communicate with management and who are very dedicated and positive. Negativity is a no no here. Be happy and work hard."

What don't you like about working at Millennium Laboratories?

"Zero tolerance tattoo policy in some departments and difficult parking."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Continue to strongly enforce the business casual dress code but lighten up on the zero tolerance tattoo policy."
