"As long as you can handle the stress of a face-paced and constantly changing industry, then you should do well. Communication skills are a must as you interact with customers on a continual basis."

What don't you like about working at Verizon Wireless?

"The only negative is that the industry itself promotes layoffs, because with technology, companies are continually merging, which results in layoffs. You can't really avoid it, as it's the nature of the industry."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As with any company, management can always improve because no one is perfect, but in general, the management was very good and did a good job representing their people."
