"I worked for Whte Hen Pantry when it expanded fron 200 to 430 locations and owned by Jewel Foods & Later sold to Mr Bob Robertson (Former CEO)"

"Is the comany culture reflected by the interviewer meet my personal & professional expectations (long-term). Is this a company I will enjoy the people and challanges of the career path"
What don't you like about working at The Pantry?
"I loved the teamwork and advancement opportunities based on merit and performance."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The 7-11 operating model is based on franchisee count - as c-store retailers, 7_11 uses the path of least resistance & lack industry leadership. Field staff are more concerned with loss perfention of franchisees than customer experiences & quality products."
