What don't you like about working at Blackbaud?

"Management - spin - games - managers acting like monsters who made employees' lives miserable, to the point of creating hostile working environments, including acts of physical abuse, who don't get any type of censure whatsoever. The abused employee is helped to find a new job elsewhere because we care... Horrible company. Horrible turnover."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be honest and up front. Stop selling a company that cares - it's a war zone. Departmental boundaries, don't work with each other, finance department - stay away!"
