"I worked for the company from Dec 2003 until May 2004. I found it difficult to do my job for 2 reasons: too many of the older employees would run into the OPS mgr and wine to him about the things that I was trying to change instead of having them deal directly with me. The other problem was the OPS mgr was not supportive of my position and starting reducing my authority within the warehouse to where I was unable to do my job. I found out the previous manager had the same problems and left the company the same reason that I did."
