"Every day was a challenge and I was never bored. I learned a lot related to project management during the 4 years I was there and I really enjoyed all of the different people I worked with."
What don't you like about working at Spaw Maxwell?
"I worked much more than the typical work week. On average I spent about 60 hours per week working. I have no problem working over 40 hours, but 60 can be a little difficult on family life."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think SpawMaxwell just needs to get revenue up again. It would be helpful to have estimators and PM's submitting more realistic bids. SMC has the people aspect of the business figured out."
