"I worked for Spark Unlimited since 2011 and it started out good with lots of potential. It was a small company that seemed to have a lot of growth opportunity. After working there for a little while I realized that the executives did not know how to properly run a company and did not treat their employees how they should be treated. There was no structure and to accountability, which led to missed dates and ultimately a poor product."
