"Stay way from this company. I left on my own but no employee here is happy."

What don't you like about working at Spark Networks?

"The management was lacked management skills. It was run by whip and not by motivation. They treated the employees like trash and the atmosphere was toxic. They promised raises if you helped on projects only to steal your work from you and keep you hourly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire some MBAs with management experience. Remove the cup system which forces you onto the clock even when you use the bathroom. Don't hire employees with criminal records."
