"RUN AWAY-you would be better working for McDonalds where they have structure and don't have to take their crappy penny stock that has been doubled down in exchange for your already meager pay."
What don't you like about working at Spare Backup?
"The place is like a revolving door and the CEO has tempertantrums and does coke. There is a lack of leadership and there is a constant FEAR of who will be next on the chopping block due to CEO mantrums. In turn this causes lots of employees to throw others under the bus as a result to save their own asses."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get some REAL managers and get some damn therapy and def a rehab clinic for the CEO he has major issues."

"Team was good and supportive as a rule. Ability to work remotely."

"If you cannot stay away from this company, avoid entanglements with management. This company needed a wake up call long ago. Document every agreement you make with this company."

"Long hours, sometimes in excess of 60 hours per week, projects were moving targets, no support from management, pay received late, if at all, accountability is zero at this company from the top down."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Begin with focusing on product and not on name recognition. Pare back management personal expenses and focus on product. Become a responsible company, plain and simple."
