"If you're working with the North American team, make sure there is a clear understanding as to what exactly your responsibilities and goals are."

What don't you like about working at SPAMfighter?

"I joined the team as a remote employee and I miss the collaborative atmosphere of working in an office with your team. More importantly, the lack of communication and organization with management has created some very obvious productivity holes that myself and others have pointed out but ultimately isn't being dealt with by key stakeholders."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Less skype chats, much more skype calls. Implement a project / task management / collaboration tool and stick with it."
