"This is an amazing game development company. Their commitment to culture is world class in any industry, but especially outstanding in the games industry. The cross-disciplinary partners are experienced industry vets and are active in the development of the games. The biggest perk is the 40 hour work week. No crunch. Ever. The company uses the latest C language standards and adheres to a great coding standard. Their proprietary engine is well written and well maintained. I can honestly say that I enjoy working with all of my coworkers. They do have an open office layout, but provide noise cancelling headphones. They are generally not needed."
