"it's a great place to gain experience and build clientele. earning potential is decent and there is more business than in most spas in this economy, with gift cards and walk-ins. lots of frustrating policies and management changes. lots of downtime. easy to trade services with other employees which is nice. you'll get a ton of first-time spa guests, lots of low-class clientele, most people don't know how to tip. and you must like doing bikinI waxes!"
