"everything from nasty managers, to unfairness, crazy work schedules and harassment"

"I would say they need to bring in managers that are not bias and actually go in to do what they need to do"

"Fantastic hotel and company, middle management is completely lost and will be alot of time until they have a vision."

"Management is not present and does not implement a foundation to create effective / consistent behavior. No accountability."

"Be physically & present at work, support the team and implement protocol."

"I would recommend getting a second job at another spa, especially for a service provider. Business is slow."

What don't you like about working at Sherborn Day Spa?

"I am not challenged at all and the slow flow of clients makes everyone lazy."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would keep much better track of the retail and client orders, I would offer better training for the service providers so that the spa ran more smoothly and specific duties were performed and understood by all."
