"SP Plus is the largest parking management company in the country. They do a good job of providing services regarding the parking industry. The one downside that has impacted me was that I had no training or anyone to turn to when I needed assistance. At many larger markets there are ample leaders who train and help each other but in my city it was just me. During my time with Sp Plus I saw that they do not care for their employees whatsoever. Upper management is in a different world which is far from reality and they choose to blame the ones below them to make themselves look good."
