"There are too many sales goals and if not met, management resorts to negative reinforcement. All that matters are the numbers."

"I would make the sales goals a lot less demanding and put more focus on customer service."

"look closely at the company, and ask LOTS of questions about turnover...there are reasons WHY people leave there everyday....."

"everything.....the problem with this company starts with the training process(or lack thereof)......"

"there is no work/life balance at Sovereign....stop threatening employees, and really try to understand what banking is all about....."
