"no, but understand that you can get laid off(downsized at any time) it happened to me 2x with 2 different banks."

"not everybody in my dept. worked as a team player during month end"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"get rid of people dragging the dept down, my understanding cons loans and commerical loans have been spilt up and things are gettting better"

"Since I left Sovereign they have gone through several mergers and is now owned by a foreign entity"

"Bank was continuously looking for merger candidates and in fact aquired 6 Banks during my tenure with very little planning on Bank integration"

"Focus on core business model and core depositor base"
