Do your research on the branch you are applying for. Ask the hiring manager how they have met their goals and what roadblock there are in acheiving them"

"It is a very high intense sales culture with archaic systems and services"

"I would suggest accountability through all lines of business, not just retail banking. I expect better customer service and accountability from all of my internal departments and lines of business."

"There are too many sales goals and if not met, management resorts to negative reinforcement. All that matters are the numbers."

"no, but understand that you can get laid off(downsized at any time) it happened to me 2x with 2 different banks."

"not everybody in my dept. worked as a team player during month end"

"get rid of people dragging the dept down, my understanding cons loans and commerical loans have been spilt up and things are gettting better"

"communication gaps, poor processes, different class structures based on ethnicity"

"be more considerate of your workers. They lock your hours at 8 / day, but you tend to work more than that."
