"I was recruited as the executive director by the founder and board chair. This was a grass roots organization that has had several start and restarts. My objective was lay the foundation for the vision created by Bishop and Mrs. Phillip Davis, the founders. They are wonderful community leaders who also founded Nations Ford Community Church. I did accomplish Board creation and the business plan. This is a wonderful organization with the capacity to assist many within the Charlotte, NC community."
