"I have worked with Southway Builders, inc for 5 years. The company was in the middle of an employee hiring surge and is still growing. Moving from local Baltimore building to Mid-Atlantic construction. Upper management is great, its just a handful of employees need race sensitive classes. I would suggest the company invest in diversity, equity, and inclusion professionals to work with site teams."
